Colin Kaepernick...I remember when you actually PLAYED football. When you came of the bench for the Niners and nearly won a Super Bowl. I remember when you were great.

Then I remember watching you kneel during the anthem and I wondered...why. Then I heard..."I'm an african-american, and I'm speaking out for those kids in the inner cities..." and I thought...okay...never knew he was from africa, thought he was from Stockton, okay, mixed race, that's cool...inner cities...great he's going to call Obama to task for abandoning the inner cities for 8 years of his Presidency...but...wait...

Somalia...Hmmm...So Kaepernick isn't from Stockton, he's from Kansas, but now he's calling Somalia his real home and he's not raising money for the kids in the inner cities in the USA, he's started a gofundme for Somalia and he's going to help them...but he's pissed because the NFL won't let him play...actually they will, but no team will put him on the field because of controversy...

Wait...now there are people protesting, even some police because Colin can't get a job...and yet he refused to go on ride alongs with what was it...50 different police departments so they could show him first hand what they're up against and that they want help to correct these problems but Obama wasn't supporting them. Anyone else would have jumped at the opportunity to do this, Kaepernick REFUSED!

So...as someone who people come to once in a great while for advice, my advice for Mr. Kaepernick (and there's no way in hell he will take it) is GET YOUR STORY STRAIGHT!

If you're going to be for something, be for it. Speak out, then take action, inspired action to affect the change you wish to see happen.

Kneeling for the anthem got you attention. Do you know how many MILLIONS of people in the USA had NO IDEA you were mixed race? Sort of like OBAMA saying he's BLACK, denying his heritage because he's trying to kill off the white side of himself. I am sure his mother is really proud of that (said NO ONE EVER).

You spoke out with your kneeling and then you ran from doing anything in AMERICA to affect the change your action was calling attention to. Nice fake out. GROW UP.

You want to help kids in the inner cities? Meet with POLICE, meet with STATE GOVERNMENT, ask to meet with the President and create a way to help those kids. Don't run because people didn't jump to support you. Keep trying, but next time just grab the microphone and say HEY I'M PISSED AT KIDS BEING KILLED IN INNER CITIES and I AM MIXED RACE and I WANT TO SEE THAT CHANGED.

I guarantee you, you'd have had the attention of a lot more people in a more positive fashion, than by kneeling and spitting in the faces of those of us who see flags draped on the coffins of our loved ones who gave their lives in service of this country we call home and you demean by your actions.

Sorry you can't get a job. I live in a car because of my convictions. Because clients I had, liberal clients asked me to become a DEMOCRAT and abandon my Republican President or lose their business. I held to my convictions. It's cost me $100K a year in income to do that.

But I didn't run away like you did. I am still here and I am standing by because I love AMERICA and all she has given me since I became a citizen long ago.

I wish you the best, but until you step up like a man and go and meet with the people who are policing those inner cities, I don't think you stand a chance of a snowball in hell of getting back into the NFL and playing ball. You made a choice, you made your bed, now you have to lay in it and watch that income fade away.

When President Trump was elected, he was elected on REPEAL & REPLACE OBAMACARE and other things. The CONGRESS has been screwing with this President's plans since before his inaugural address.

REPLACE IT WITH PRIVATIZATION!!!

There are companies out there wanting to be in the healthcare business and to provide services to the public but they've been stifled by ObamaCare and the regulations under it.

There are some things that need to be done when allowing privatization to thrive. The public must be served. So in order to have things be fair there have to be some guidelines that are required for companies that wish to be in the healthcare business.

PRE-EXISTING CONDITIONS MUST BE COVERED. PERIOD.

TRANSGENDER/SEXUAL REASSIGNMENT is NOT A PREEXISTING CONDITION. It's a MENTAL ISSUE. Solve it on your own budget. 

**VETERANS MUST BE COVERED 100% for ALL MEDICAL/DENTAL/VISUAL/AUDITORY issues. ANY Service member who is honorably discharged upon presentation of DD214 which states that, covered for LIFE. NOTHING DENIED. PERIOD. They've earned it, no more denials or having to deal with the VA for care.

LONG-TERM-CARE for Alzheimer's, Dementia, Cancer MUST BE PROVIDED without question or limits. 

Companies providing these services MUST employ people of integrity that don't steal from or abuse the elderly. If they do, your company will be fined, and shutdown and forbidden to ever work in the healthcare industry. All employees will be blacklisted and publicly known.

Now, for those companies that wish to take part on the stream of revenue possible from the healthcare industry, you must adhere to the list of requirements provided. If you don't you will be forbidden to do anything in the healthcare business for a period of 5 years.

If your company breaks that ban and does business, all of your employees and officers will be arrested and fined and your company shutdown.

The new marketplace will allow for competition across state lines and the best companies will win business from clients they've never had before and the industry will soar to levels never achieved under ObamaCare.

Now the biggest caveat to everything:

HEALTHCARE COVERAGE IS FOR AMERICAN CITIZENS and LEGAL RESIDENTS ONLY. Any company providing healthcare services to illegal aliens will be fined and closed down for 5 years and then put on 5 year probation when they are allowed to reopen.

NONE of the public will be fined for NOT getting healthcare. No more of that crap. This is just a starting point and open for discussion, but once these regulations are established, the government will be out of healthcare with the exception of oversight of adherence to regulations.

Healthcare is not rocket science. It's healthcare!!! It's important and it doesn't take a bunch of overpaid people in DC to figure it out!

I have often asked myself this. If a reporter is so disgusted by everything that someone as high up as the President says and yet they continue to cover that person, are they obsessed? Are they stalking? Do they get a physical charge of excitement at everything their 'prey' does?

Tell us Brian, do you fantasize about President Trump every night? Do you wish he was tweeting about you? Is your heart racing right now at around 180 BPM just waiting for the next thing the President says or does so you can run to the boys room and explode to your hearts content over a picture of Anderson Cooper???

Do you feel the walls coming in closer while you're reading the teleprompter? Do you feel that pounding in your chest as you try to breathe...it's your heart pumping all the blood from your feet as fast as it can and now...you'll feel it...that heavy feeling as your eyes close on camera and you pass out! Isn't that interesting? 

It's pretty scary to watch your twitter stream (images screen captured from twitter stream, no ownership claimed except that they are in the public domain and everyone can see them).

You are fixed on TRUMP and now telling the world that he is out to get all media and that you are all now in danger. Really.

Did you ever think that you people have paved a red carpet to each and every one of your own doorsteps? So why are you crying now? Why do you suddenly sit on air sweating profusely from every pore in your body that someone out there somewhere is thinking of turning your lame ass into a rug on their floor? Because you're an idiot. No one wants you! If CNN took you off the TRUMP story your heart would explode from the anxiety. You have a need now to watch and bash everything TRUMP does, even if it's for the good of the country you will ride it into the ground because it's EVIL!!! TRUMP CAN DO NO GOOD!!! You've been brainwashed by OBAMA and ALINSKY TACTICS!!

In reality you have a deep seeded desire to yell from the tops of the tallest buildings in MANHATTAN: " I LOVE DONALD TRUMP AND HILLARY CLINTON LOST!!!!"

You just can't break free from the psyop that infests the sound systems in the buildings where you work. In case you were wondering...Is Donald Trump Sane ?

Let me issue the standard disclaimer of psychiatrists who discuss the mental health of public figures: I have not personally examined President Trump.

Now, let me put to rest the concerns of Sen. Al Franken and political commentators John Oliver and Andrew Sullivan and anyone else who publicly or privately has questioned the President’s sanity:

Donald Trump is stone cold sane.

When a man acquires billions of dollars through complex real estate transactions, invests in many countries, goes on to phenomenal success in television and turns his name into a worldwide brand, it is very unlikely that he is mentally unstable.

When the same man obviously enjoys the love and respect of his children and his wife, who seem to rely on him for support and guidance, it is 'extraordinarily'unlikely that he is mentally unstable.

When the same man walks into the political arena and deftly defeats 16 Republican opponents and then the Democratic heir-apparent to a two-term president’s administration, the odds of that man being mentally unstable become vanishingly thin.

And when that very same man attracts to his team the kind of intellect and gravitas represented (to name just a few) by Secretary of Housing and Urban Development Dr. Ben Carson, Attorney General Jeff Sessions, Secretary of State Rex Tillerson and Secretary of Defense James Mattis, a retired Marine Corps general and commander of the U.S. Central Command, he cannot be mentally deranged. Period. It is a statistical impossibility.

Those who assert otherwise are political opportunists, or fools, or both (and I am thinking here, in particular, of Sen. Franken).

President Trump is the first human being to win this nation’s highest office without having held any other political office or serving as a general. Most political pundits thought his quest was pure folly. Most journalists assessed his chances as zero. So who was laboring under quasi-delusional thinking? Answer: Not Donald J. Trump.

Anecdotally, by the way, I have never had one bad Trump experience. Not one. I own several of his ties — all of them of the highest quality. I have stayed in his hotels and never had a single complaint (and I am a born complainer). I have eaten in his New York restaurant — flawless service, excellent food. I own an apartment at Trump Place in Manhattan. Impeccable design, sturdy construction, fabulous amenities. A mentally unstable man would be unlikely to deliver superior products across multiple industries, don’t you think?

If you’re still worried about the mental stability of the president, note this: The stock market doesn’t like instability. Investors, en masse, can take the measure of a man pretty darn well. The stock market has hit record high after record high since Trump’s election, and if you think that’s an accident, or that investors have all been fooled, it’s time to start wondering about your own capacity for rational thought.

I should note that nothing I am saying should besmirch the reputations of men like President Abraham Lincoln or Sir Winston Churchill, both of whom are said to have fought the ravages of major depression or bipolar disorder. One was instrumental in ridding America of slavery. The other was instrumental in saving the world from tyranny. Mahatma Gandhi, by the way, also reportedly suffered from depression. Psychiatric illness does not, a priori, disqualify a person from rendering extraordinary service to mankind.

Mind you, neither Lincoln nor Churchill nor Gandhi led a nation after becoming a business sensation and television star. That trifecta defines one man: President Donald J. Trump.

Now, think about those who are rabble-rousing about the president’s mental status. Take Sen. Al Franken. He’s all worried about the president allegedly overestimating the crowd size at his inauguration. But Franken is allied with Sen. Elizabeth Warren, who asserted she is Native American, when there is no evidence of that whatsoever.

And they’re calling Trump’s sanity into question? Really, you can’t make this stuff up.

"Picture a man with a melon head, a haircut that resembles what a rice bowl set on a head would deliver, who has weapons at his disposal and anger against a more powerful more populated nation..."

Not hard to picture when you think about Kim Jong-Un the current leader of North Korea.

"Now picture that melon head deciding he wants to bring great sadness to that more populated country by inserting into each major port of that country, a 20KT (kilo ton) Nuclear Weapon that is carried in a suspended cradle within a shipping container, that holds bottles of nitro-glycerin that if the cradle is moved a certain bit after a certain date & time, the nuclear weapon will explode and wreak massive horrors of death and destruction in multiple places at the same time..."

So in this nightmare, the shipping container is one that has a fake roof, and when the mechanism is triggered, the sides of the crate will open, and the entire weapon will have a clear path to dissipate energy from the explosion across the harbor of where the ship containing the crate docks. Something else to think about, what if that ship with the weapon was near an ammunitions depot or where a nuclear submarine docks...

"Now picture that the melon head leader has dispatched 2 of these weapons per ship and a total of 10 ships to ports in Washington, California, Texas, Florida & Virginia"

And then...the unthinkable happens. At the exact same instant, on the same date & time, all 10 of those ships become the bearers of armageddon as they explode and catastrophically devastate those port cities. The amount of nuclear energy would be such that it would create a cloud of fallout that could carry across the entire North American continent and perhaps even further once in the jet stream.

If this has not been thought out by Homeland Security, you're sleeping on the job. Maybe Kim Jong-Un can't get a missile airborne for an extended period of time, but while we're watching his showboating over that way, what has he shipped our way? Remember that a magician will keep your attention while they deliver the real trick when you're distracted and it could then be too late.

Be mindful, and if you're in the news media, get the word out about this scenario because I believe that they're going to try something like this and it's going to stun us because we're not watching what's truly happening.

Funny how the Clinton campaign puts out an ad about a successful visit by Donald Trump with the leader of another country. Hillary was too busy raising money to meet with the President of Mexico. She's "too good for him". Donald Trump says (with respect) "Mr. President, I'm free during the day on Wednesday, does that work for you?" and then flys down in a plane that he Donald pays for, brings his people and has a first meeting with the leader of a sovereign nation.

When you are going to be a Senator in the United States of America, you will be given an Oath. The text of that oath is below:

Oath of Office

I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; that I take this obligation freely, without any mental reservation or purpose of evasion; and that I will well and faithfully discharge the duties of the office on which I am about to enter: So help me God.

This is an oath similar to the one I took when I joined the Navy long ago. It's something that myself and other Veterans take seriously and to heart. It is however one that some Senators take very callously because they will use their office title to lie and deceive.

Let's look at Senator Ted Cruz, Senator Marco Rubio, Former Governor Jeb Bush, and CURRENT GOVERNOR John Kasich.

Now, these are persons who are supposed to uphold certain laws, in the case of a Governor, to sign their name on an order of DEATH for another human being at times, they are persons to whom great trust is given.

What seems to be the problem then you might be asking. Don't these guys all uphold and stand for the truth?

No, they don't.

They ALL ran against Donald Trump in the Presidential Campaign against Donald Trump. They ALL BEGGED for a PLEDGE to be created that each of them would sign, and at the end of all the races, if they were not the winner and the nominee, that they would get behind and put their full support behind the nominee. NONE OF THEM HONORED that PLEDGE. Donald Trump did. He won the contests, he became the nominee and he put his full support behind himself! Yes, you have to support yourself if you end up winning.

The others said "Oh, I'm not voting for him, Oh, make sure you vote your conscience, Oh, well I'm voting for Hillary, and of course Oh I'm the Governor of Ohio and I need something to eat!

So here's the question that I as a voter, as a Veteran, as a US CITIZEN, that I want to know. We're supposed to TRUST Governors and Senators and Congressmen and more, right? If that's true, then how can they be allowed to outrightly LIE on a SIGNED PLEDGE, and still remain in office?

How is that possible that these people can LIE & mislead the NATION on NATIONAL TV and still remain in positions of TRUST?

I say that the following people should be removed from office immediately and fined an amount each of no less than $300 Million US Dollars, and this amount must come from their own money. It cannot come from donations, or existing donor funds. If they don't have it, then they need to submit to 6 months in jail, and not country club jail. Each of them would report to TENT CITY in ARIZONA to Sheriff Joe Arpaio for their time at hard labor:

Senator MARCO RUBIO of FLORIDA

Governor John Kasich of OHIO

Governor Jeb Bush (Former Governor of Florida)

Basically $1 for each registered voter, that includes living & dead ones that they're planning on using in the upcoming election, and that $300 Million be donated to the VETERANS through various vetted organizations:

Why? Simply because they demanded that a pledge be created to prevent Donald Trump from running as a 3rd party candidate. He did not run as one. He ran as a Republican candidate and never quit the party. He did say that he would if he was not treated fairly. The party treated him fairly and he stuck with the party. He HONORED his pledge. His word is his bond. The others spit in the face of every voter. They walked on the graves of every soldier, sailor, airman, marine, guardsman buried in Arlington National Cemetery.

I believe it's time that we started petitions to have each of them removed and allow them to take full responsibility for lying to the American Public.

In this country we allow politicians to get away with murder in many cases, and lying in others. Perhaps it's time that we begin to change, to shift this country into a higher vibration of love, peace, joy, abundance, and holding accountable those in higher offices.

I would be cheering today for the historical significance of nominating a woman to be President of the United States, but...the amount of negativity surrounding this, the deception, the deceit, the lies, the maneuvering, the disenfranchising of Voters across all states, across all racial makeups, across all ages...But I cannot in good faith and honoring of principles even bend a moment of my time to congratulate anyone who has basically stolen a race.

and I'm going to say a LOT more in a second.

First let me get something off my chest. I am sorry that Philando Castille died. I am truly sorry that a man was shot in a car in front of a young girl of 4 who is the most composed kid on the planet after having 4 - 5 gunshots (est., I wasn't there) go off and potentially even end up in the body of the car she was sitting in while her, her mother known as "Lavish" and Mr. Castille drove along on July the 6th.

No kid should have to witness such a thing. Yes, BlackLivesMatter. Not that organization mind you, but actual black lives. Black people. Some people have other names for them. I don't my Dad raised me to be respectful and for YEARS I have been told by Black people in my life to call them Black.

Yes, I am sorry he was shot. But I am also sorry that what we see on the video posted to Facebook Live is INCOMPLETE. It's not a full record of the car moving, being pulled over, waiting for the policeman to either enter information into his car computer, or to call into the station to report his location, give license make and model of the vehicle, etc., all the while Mr. Castille was perhaps moving his gun around to where he could get to it? Or was he looking for his license and registration? Or was he dealing with Lavish yelling at him for being pulled over and perhaps them getting caught with drugs (see her video from July 4th posted online of her smoking weed in the car while her daughter was in a confined space breathing that in at age 4).

What all happened before the 4-5 shots rang out? Why wasn't that kid screaming or shaking? Why wasn't Lavish screaming or shaking? Her loved one had just had 4-5 slugs at close range plugged into his arm (the cop shot his arm off!! she said in the video), the arm was not shot off, it was still attached. How LONG were they sitting there with Mr Castille Bleeding out before Ms Lavish turned on her phone to go live with the world while Mr Castille was moaning and groaning and bleeding out?

How long did she let him bleed before she turned on the phone??? 1 Minute? 5 Minutes? She could have dialed 911 and left the line open and had the entire episode be recorded by police and have a LIVE BOYFRIEND, but she wanted to get the video done as she'd done so many times. 

Those are some questions I have. Those are questions I would be wanting answers to if I was going to sit on a jury. Those are questions that Castille's family should be asking Ms. Lavish and her GoFundMe account that is raising funds for her.

Yes, Black Lives Matter. You're damn right they do. Mr. Castille's life mattered. We don't know his actions before the video came on, because conveniently the camera was left off. Ms Lavish had done videos many times before. We know, we can search for them on the internet and they are everywhere! She could have had that camera on for the entire stop. She didn't. WHY???

Mr Castille's life matters to me. I pray for him. I think he was with someone who didn't want the best for him. Why? Because based on what I saw, she was too busy talking to her audience than she was to RENDER AID to someone who she witnessed being shot. Being a MOM, she would know how to do certain things. Moms have instincts. They have unique powers when someone they love is mistreated or hurt. They know how to stop bleeding.

Under the statutes of the State of Minnesota there is one which interested me in particular. DUTY to Render Aid, here's the link to the page for it: https://www.revisor.mn.gov/statutes/?id=609.662

Basically that page says that if you see someone get shot you have a duty to render aid to that victim. She didn't render any aid. Recording a video is NOT rendering aid. There is no direct pressure placed on the bullet entries to stop or slow bleeding. There is no bandaging being done, there is no calling 911 and telling them that there's a murderous cop holding them there while the love of her life bleeds out "Oh god don't tell me that he just went like that" (he was still groaning and moving in the video for more than a minute and a half from when she started the recording. He'd been shot for how many minutes before that? We don't know "yet".

Anyway, people are attacking cops without all the facts in these cases. I am truly sorry that Mr. Castille died. But he did not completely die at the gun of a policeman. He died because his girlfriend did not do what any decent human being would do for their loved one and that is to help them in their time of need.

Something to think about as you ride around with Ms. Lavish in your car, if you get pulled over and shot will she help you out? Or will she put on some makeup and say "lights, camera, action, time to go LIVE ON FACEBOOK!!"

In my opinion, FACEBOOK should remove her video from ever being played on their site. Why? Because it shows that she allowed a human being to die in her presence while she could have gotten her butt out of the car with hands up wayyyy before she went live and allowed Mr Castille to be helped.

I believe she's guilty of his death as well.

My prayers are for Mr. Castille, his family, and for the facts to be shown that he could have been saved. Once that's done, for all those screaming from the tops of buildings and protesting to take a step back and take a deep breath and say "SHIT!!!! Maybe we shouldn't all jump on the BLACK LIVES MATTER TRAIN so damn quickly, because in the end, we might be wrong about what happened."

actually, the press is part of the problem, not part of the solution. We the people are being duped by the press daily and some of us never stand up to say STOP!

Fortunately, I was raised to stand up and say STOP!!!

Huffington Post printed a picture today of Donald Trump and attached to it an incomplete quote to try and anger many people. They were successful. Unfortunately people you have been duped by the Huffington Post. Manipulated, Lied to just as our government sees fit to do on a daily basis.

Here's what the Huffington Post wrote:

"50 PEOPLE DEAD AND DONALD TRUMP TWEETS, "APPRECIATE THE CONGRATS FOR BEING RIGHT ON RADICAL ISLAMIC TERRORISM."

What Donald Trump really said was this:

"Appreciate the congrats for being right on radical Islamic terrorism, I don't want congrats, I want toughness & vigilance. We must be smart!"

So the Huffington Post believes it is serving the memory of those who died in Orlando by bashing the one person who wants to stand up for AMERICA and lead us in a way that gets those who would want to harm us to think many times before actually doing something.

CONTEXT & COMPLETE QUOTES are KEY in this world!

Lying to the American public has been something the press has done to serve itself for many, many years. They do it to get the most advertising clicks in the world of money for clicks on the internet. This story has probably made them over $500,000.00 in the time it's been running. They should have to give that money to the people of Orlando and those who've cared for the dead and the wounded.

I'd like to see them held accountable by Trump's legal team for this and perhaps other stories that they've twisted and contorted.

Don't believe everything you read. I have nothing to gain by twisting this around. I hope those reading this will understand that they take advantage of us daily. We should demand the truth be printed and that those advertisers paying them should reconsider their investments and demand that the truth win out over deception. We deserve so much better.

Really? My first thought was damn if I ever run across that Corey Lewandowski, I’ll take out 4 years of frustrations on him just for grabbing that reporter and throwing her down like that…what a bastard!!!

Many people thought the same thing, although they probably don’t have the ire that I do with 4 years of loss in California, parents, money, marriage, memories and more. But still to read on twitter so many people claiming that someone had forcefully thrown a woman to the ground, my other hope was that cops would have taken him and worked him over with nightsticks.

But then pictures started to come out, then videos, then…overhead security videos…the truth…this reporter would have been roughed up more at a Black Friday opening at Walmart than she was at this press conference in the ballroom of a Trump owned property. In fact, with this many people around, if she’d be tossed around like a ragdoll as was claimed by the writer who was detailed enough to say that “finger shaped bruises appeared on her arm”…I think they both would have been arrested, and the guy Corey doing all that beating up would have been trampled by the crowd.

With me, my reactive self took off in defense of this woman that I’d never met and the guy who’d beaten on her…yes I was counting the days until Trump came back to Arizona to make my move.

More research reveals that as the group of press people moved to the back of the room, Secret Service agents moved her away from Mr Trump, and then when she persisted, Corey ran interference, grabbed for a split second in the form of “Excuse me, move aside” and he got her away from Mr Trump’s side and kept moving. He didn’t stop, didn’t throw her to the ground, and didn’t kick or bite her as the police report implied mentioning weapons used as Hands, Fists, Teeth, Feet.

The fact that Corey went in a continuous motion told me that whoever was doing the writing was blowing things out of proportion. In doing more research I found out the writer of the “facts” was the guy in a maroon & white checkered shirt (really bad taste dude), who was also heard in an audio recording as saying “Wow, he really threw you down”, and interesting enough, this guy in the video that was shown by the overhead security footage barely had to assist the “victim” known as Michelle Fields. Doing additional reading on the web about Ms Fields, apparently she had a knack for being a victim when cameras were around to capture things. Was she the shooter behind the fence on the grassy knoll? I’ll have to go back and look through reams of JFK Dealey Plaza footage to see, but I think she might have been there.

Did I write an apology to Corey right away? No. I held back on things to see what would develop as this “case” moved forward. I watched more and more and then all of a sudden there was a notice of the District Attorney NOT BRINGING ANY CHARGES against Corey.

I tweeted out an apology to him because I went off what I first heard which to me was a guy had man handled a woman and needed to be taught a lesson. He needs to be applauded for doing his job, making sure that Mr Trump was on his way out the door and was not impeded by someone who had been told by Secret Service not to approach a candidate and she basically via additional footage stalked him from a distance like a hunter watching a target. If she’d been an assassin we’d have a whole other group of people “zapruder-ing” the footage frame by frame and the fbi/cia and others would be changing the footage to throw off conspiracy people as they’ve done with the many films from Dealey Plaza that day long ago.

Thank Goodness this was not the case. We only have a woman who may need to be examined by someone for her apparent personality disorder which requires that she basically throw herself into a situation where she doesn’t belong and then get as much attention as she can for her cause. Additionally she had two guys, one who was there, one who wasn’t, and some others who were caught trying to lie for her who bailed out of the picture as they realized this was going to get big and nothing would end up in their pockets.

Sad that this has distracted from the TRUMP campaign as it has. Lastly there’s a collection of people on Twitter who were throwing Corey to the lions and demanding he be fired. Their bosses should look at all of them and summarily fired for their stands which were so far off base you can’t find them without binoculars.

Corey, I am sorry I jumped to conclusions. I stand against abuse against women, men, kids, elders and animals. I trusted that the man was writing the truth and not lying his face off about it because he thought he’d get laid by the victim. Pretty sad when that happens. What happened to you and your family during this time never should have happened.

It’s great to see how Mr Trump stood by you and believed in you when the other candidates in this election said “well he should be fired right now”. We know that TRUMP will STAND with AMERICA and make sure we’re taken care of too. The other candidates will abandon America and that’s not what we need.

LISTS

It's comical watching to see what ALL of the candidates are doing regarding their crafting of plans to defend the homeland.

One thing that's been mentioned by a candidate that many love to hate, but that I am supporting is putting people on lists.

This is where the idiocy around lists comes into play, and this is NOT a Swipe at Mr Trump. In fact it's a compliment.

We're ALL ALREADY ON LISTS!!! There's nothing new! So what you're going to break muslims up into a list or collection of lists. What's the problem? There isn't one.

Why do I say there isn't a problem? Think really carefully...better still open your wallet or your purse or look at your emails...

YOU'RE ON A LIST!!!!

You're on a list for drivers licenses, social security cards, prescriptions, credit cards, etc. OH and...ALL of those lists keep track of your race!! How do I know? Because I am on them as well, and even some of them ask for religious affiliations.

And monitoring? You're already being monitored!!! Everywhere you go there are cameras, there are people watching those cameras. There are cameras watching those people who are watching those cameras...and there are people watching those people watching those people who are watching those cameras...and so on and so on and so on.

The problem is that along the way of watching all those cameras and such, people make mistakes or are paid to ignore something and others get killed.

So now what the candidates are saying is simply they're going to be watching those lists a bit more carefully. I have zero problem with that.

You shouldn't have a problem with it either, unless you're doing something illegal, immoral or perhaps overly fattening, or if you're planning to overthrow a government or cause others harm, then you need to not only fear being on the list, you need to fear those who are willing to step up and make you an example of how to get rid of terrorists. That's what you need to fear. But as long as you're in the USA and you're not doing things to disrupt the lives and wellbeing of others, you should be just fine.

That's my .02 on this and I am fine with the Trump campaign using this as long as they give Michael Murdock, US NAVY VETERAN the credit for bringing it up.

People just don't get lists. But as one who has created hundreds if not thousands in my lifetime, I am good with them.

So, what’s the big deal about MAKEAMERICAGREAT.COM and what makes it worth a MILLION BUCKS?

Simply put…the ideal. Make AMERICA GREAT. In point of fact, America has ALWAYS been GREAT. Everyone is talking about making it GREAT again. It’s never lost its luster. If it had then many would pack up and move overseas, become ex-patriots, and would be happy to be throwing burning arrows back this way.

In point of fact, some do leave. Do they regret it? The answer is YES, they do. How do I know? For me, AMERICA is an ideal of FREEDOM for ALL. It’s an ideal of RESPECT, HONOR, DIGNITY for ALL. It’s an ideal which allows us to walk down the street expressing our opinions against our government openly and not being killed off by the emperor of our country because that’s against the law.

BUT Make America Great is a slogan for those coming here from other places, when you become legal immigrants into the melting pot that is AMERICA and you assimilate into society while at the same time remembering your heritage but also that this is America and is many societies combined and playing together, you’ll feel part of the family here and eventually you’ll become a Citizen of this country and you may decide to stay permanently and then visit other places from here calling this your home. Millions have over time. Once you’re here, it kind of grows on you.

Watching the debate this evening I began to wonder after I could in my head hear the boxing bell ring, just who was writing the questions that these moderators were using. Was it MICKEY MOUSE? NO, it wasn't. How do I know? Because even Mickey was shaking his head and saying "No Michael, not even GOOFY writes that badly!

A debate should be about things that really and truly matter to the AMERICAN PEOPLE. Not the people of other countries, but AMERICA.

Why should we vote for you? What is it that you bring to the table that is going to ensure we're a country of prosperity & safety?

What is it that you bring to the party of this life of freedom we enjoy, that will ensure our jobs are NOT shipped overseas because it's cheaper to do business over there than it is here?

Things like that.

Not who's suit looks worse or who wants to fight who or whether or not the Government should get into Fantasy Football or be the creator of 401K plans for people!!!

The candidates as well as WE THE PEOPLE are really tired of the crap that you mannequin wanna-be's put out to the airwaves through whatever method.

The only reason you do it is to get noticed, to incense people and it does absolutely nothing to actually convey to the people that which is really and truthfully news. This debate was a damn circus and it was very apparent how fed up the candidates are already with you people.

Remember, when one of them becomes President they're going to be holding your balls in one hand and a hammer in the other and yes that goes for the women commentators as well because Ladies...You're not men but you're trying so damned hard to be one that it's really scary. Hell at least Megyn Kelly had the audacity to be a real woman and get angered when she felt her womanhood was being questioned.

I would be rude and just write FUCK YOU in the title, but that would be inappropriate without raising some issues within this text.

I moved to Huntington Beach, in 2011 and from that point on, proceeded to get screwed by your company along the way for bills that were constantly being increased without explanations being given. Similar to the screwy healthcare being provided by Sunrise of Huntington Beach where they give meds without authorizations, and increase bills without explanations. You two should get into bed together, you might have a great time.

I get my day interrupted by some hack from a collections agency stating "I am looking for Michael Murdock to discuss a personal business matter" - FYI - that is a violation of the Fair Debt Collections Act and the FTC will be informed that you've authorized this action.

In 7-21 days after a service has been disconnected you send someone to collections? WTF??? After providing 4 years of spotty-assed service, turning OFF services for no reason because your repair people were in a hurry, multiple issues with DVR equipment and while you replaced the equipment after we had to find your offices because you kept closing and moving them, you don't credit the bill for the inconvenience...you raise the damn thing.

Why doesn't the Federal Trade Commission run a scope up your asses and find out where your brains got hidden because you are screwing over the people of Southern California and no one has the balls to go up against you and say anything. Well....you just uncovered one very pissed off Disabled US NAVY VETERAN who has a knack for drawing attention to matters. Thanks for doing that, now we can get down to specifics and have a few other people hire some ambulance chasing lawyer out there who wants to make some bucks and SUE you people for ripping off your customers.

And what's really interesting is the bills you send out (Still waiting to receive my final bill thank you very fucking much), but the bills you send out with no explanations as to why there are increases, and when you're questioned about it at your wonderful offices, you say "Oh, we made a mistake, let us fix that, and that will credit on your next billing cycle, but you still owe what is on here, how would you like to pay? oh and can we offer you an upgrade to yadda yadda at the same time?"

NON-DEPENDABLE SERVICES
LOUSY PHONE SERVICES - Only 30 blocked numbers allowed? In the digital age, should be more than 1000.
NO 100MB INTERNET SERVICES - only 10MB-50MB and NEVER consistent.
NO 300MB INTERNET SERVICES - although you claimed new equip would deliver this without issues. It never did, but you charged for it.

Raised BILL when I disconnected Phone services but told me the bill would not increase.
Outages every few months, no credits to bill for services not delivered, but bills increased.
Hell the only people who really give a damn are the techs out there and you're screwing them on their wages, their overtime, and their benefits too.

You should be shut the hell down by the FTC and be required to give back the last 4 years of payments to every single customer in Southern California for your crappy services. Come to think of it, I think I'll send a copy of this to the Governor's offices so maybe the State can dig into your drawers and see what the hell is going on and who is making the lion's share of cash there on the backs of customers who are getting screwed.

Dear AT&T,

A long time ago in a galaxy...well actually in San Francisco 2007, a good friend stood on a stage to announce a product which would change the world. I had one of those products. It was the very first iPhone. It came with an UNLIMITED DATA PLAN which I have been grandfathered into since that very first device.

Now, I have 3 devices, only 1 of them can use that grandfathered data plan because some idiot at the top of your food chain decided that even though there are those of us who have NEVER ABANDONED AT&T that you have to hold us by the balls and only allow us to have 1 device with unlimited data. There were others who threw you a finger and went to other companies and never came back but there are a few of us who have been with you since the beginning.

The LAST THING we want to see on our 1 device is ANYTHING SAYING OUR DATA WILL BE THROTTLED. Why? Because that's NOT part of our ORIGINAL CONTRACT and it's against the law. According to that little organization known as the Federal Trade Commission.

So...how do we resolve this? I'd love to know. Because after paying a bill ON TIME since back then, which is right around 8 years, I really get tired of being told I am approaching some kind of limit because my original contract specifies NO SUCH LIMITS and NO THROTTLING.

My dog and me have spent the past 4 years in Huntington Beach, CA. It's been a time that was filled with some joy, much sadness, immense loss on business, personal, financial, health level and I need your help to get back on track.

I have to share something that really tweaks me. The Supreme Court ruling...God have mercy on them for all the things that they do when they do it. But this ruling basically shoves something into all of our faces and we're told to flat out accept marriage between same sex couples is the law of the land.

It's a lot like a group of people many years ago being told to drink some koolaid and that it was good for them and they'd just go to sleep. Well they did after following their leader, the place was Guyana.

Churches are now being asked to roll back thousands of years of history and to go against the word of God.

But...many don't believe in God. Well...if you don't believe in God then why would you want to go get married in a church? Why should you care where you get married at?

Oh and if you do research on this it's not called a marriage by some churches, it's called a Partnership. So why would you want to go get partnered (better change those invites quickly!!!) in a place where you don't believe something oh and wait for it...

"One of the partners in the partnership in order to be partnered in that place MUST BE A CHRISTIAN" What??? Wait!!! That's discrimination!!!

How can the Supreme Court do this and a church then say that I have to be something I don't believe in because I want to get partnered with so and so!!!

I can see the lawsuits flying and the ambulance chasers saying "OH BABY we gonna go to the SUPREME COURT!!” But when you get to the court they then say… Oh OOPS, we screwed up. Wait!!! That’s discrimination too!!! We’re going to go to…The WHITE HOUSE!!! OBAMA will make it law!!!

Here…sip this Kool Aid, you’re going to go to sleep…NO THANKS!!

Is there something in the water that only some of us are getting and maybe it's because those of us that are thinking straight are doing so because we're drinking Coca-Cola​ and killing off the poison in the water that's causing all the craziness??

I just have to check and see...

God watch over those that make the choice to couple as same sex couples and to partner as they desire with whomever they desire. You gave us all free will and what we do with that free will is of course our choice as you deemed, even for those who by choice say they do not believe. It's interesting that when a non-believer dies, that most of them are caught saying "God help me!" because all of a sudden at the end they get holier than thou and you can't talk them out of the existence of an almighty being known as God.

For all I pray because even though I am now spiritual more than the Catholic kid who was baptized into the church, raised in the church, who'd lift a few wafers, and drink some wine and read and sang and wore the priests robes just to see if I felt closer to God, would go and peek into the priests section in the confession booth to see the Batphone to heaven...(where was the priest getting all of those crib notes from!!!), I am still a believer in The Holy Trinity, and I am believer that when I die I will be called to stand and to account for all of my deeds in this lifetime and I pray that God will be merciful and allow me to live out eternity in Heaven with many others.

That's what I believe. I don't question your beliefs, because they are yours. Now, you know mine, and you don’t have to question them because they are here in writing, and I will never, ever deny them because what’s waiting beyond that very thin veil is so much more than this planet offers us. This is merely a garden we’ve been given an opportunity to play in, to enjoy, to share, and to leave better than when we arrived here.

I hope we start to do a much better job of that.

This past week the news has been rocked by the story of #RachelDolezal a person born of two white parents who says "I identified as being black". 

My question is, HOW IS THAT POSSIBLE? You know nothing of the struggle of black people. You know nothing of being deprived as many black people are, you know nothing of having to walk the streets, sign up for various programs and hope your situation warrants you getting assistance for your family. You know NOTHING of being turned down for employment based on your skin color. YOU'RE WHITE!

As a white person who grew up around the globe (in the South Pacific & South China & Philippine Sea areas), I've seen many people of many colors having to deal with many issues. Now, a person who is white has basically snowballed the entire country into believing that she's not of her birth color. Have you seen her parents? GOD BLESS THEM for not executing her under any law for shaming her family as others have done in this country and around the world.

My questions are more around a legal nature. People in this country fight to get benefits and qualify for various programs. Did Ms. Dolezal at ANY time apply for and get approved for any assistance programs in the United States which were only for those who are black? If so, then she lied and she should be held accountable as those programs state when you sign that you are doing so under penalty of perjury, etc.

Now that she is getting her 15mins and then some of fame on the basis of a lie, how does that set the clock back even further? I can see MLK turning over in his grave saying "A WHITE WHAT????" "COME ON PEOPLE!!! I DIDN'T DIE FOR THIS!!"

I look at her and I see a white woman. She's not a dress which was created of black and blue yet people see white & gold. She is a WHITE WOMAN BORN OF WHITE PARENTS WHO LIED. If anyone else did this, you'd hold them accountable. Hold her accountable and lock her butt up in jail for lying and deceiving because that's exactly what she did.

I will NOT do that because it would not be right. I have much too much respect for blacks and all that they go through now, have gone through over the years that I have been alive, and how much they'll go through in the future as a result of this woman and her deceit.

Wake Up America!!!! PLEASE!!! COLOR DOES MATTER!!! BE PROUD of WHO YOU ARE & WHO YOU WERE BORN AS. But do stop the barriers between colors because those are not productive. This woman did not break barriers, she made people more suspicious by lying and cheating the system.

Lastly, if she entered a University and on her application and all her documentation claimed she was black, she should have her degree revoked because she did not enter and complete her studies in integrity with the University standards.

Today...I am blessed. 

I have always been blessed, but today I am especially blessed by God and the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit.

I had the chance to spend some time with my Mother as she lay in her casket in the funeral home awaiting my Brother, his wife, and their two kids to come and pay their last respects to her.

I arrived early to the funeral home, after running some errands and getting my head in order, as well as crying my eyes out because of Celine Dion's music, especially the song from the Robin Williams Movie Bicentennial Man called "Then you look at me". I'm including the lyric below and God BLESS Celine and her amazing voice which resonates so purely through me. You have to see the movie to understand the impact.

My Mother has been locked behind the doors of Alzheimer's, a ruthless disease that ROBS people of their memories. Those cherished snapshots of this life that we all take in our heads hoping to go to our graves with them in our heads and yet this disease which is RAMPANT among those who have served our country, their spouses and yes even their entire families robs those memories from us so we forget who people are, where they are, what they were in our lives, and eventually it robs people of their abilities to control their bodies, to do things that we all take for granted and yet the amount of money spent on research to cure this disease is...lacking compared to others. 

An article written in 2013 stated the following which I find unconscionable:

"Alzheimer’s disease affects more than 5 million Americans. It’s the fifth leading cause of death in the United States overall, and care costs for Alzheimer’s patients exceed $200 billion. But somehow the government hasn’t made research into this disease a top priority."

To our elected officials, I say "Find a way to MAKE IT A PRIORITY" or we're going to find and elect others who will. Our beloved government is ok with spending billions on wars, and putting the real needs of our country on the back burner. I say it's time for a change.

When Seth Rogen, the actor went before the government and spoke on this, his appearance was slightly comical. Well, I am not laughing. I have lost 2 parents who both served this country with HONOR and DISTINCTION. My Father who served 3 tours in Vietnam, and my Mother who was his spouse for 56 years, 27 of those as a NAVY WIFE dedicated to raising a family, being there for Dad when he returned from War, and helping other families who lost their loved ones and never, ever asked for anything in return. This woman was a Saint in my book and Dad's for that matter, but yet this disease came out of nowhere and took her from us. MORE needs to be done to eliminate this disease from existence. More Veterans, their Spouses, their families have this than others. What does that tell me? Something that we're exposed to somewhere along the way during our "duty" is getting this into our bodies and it's robbing us of that which we deserve to keep, our memories, our intellect, our control over that which we do in our lives.

So Government...Laugh at Seth. Laugh at me and I am in your face more than you care to want me there. I am a Veteran of the US NAVY. I also served with HONOR & Distinction, and I intend to let the world know that Alzheimer's & Dementia need to be more of a priority for this NATION to lead the way to finding a cure, and this needs to be focused in on sooner than later.

As I said, this day I am blessed. I got to say farewell & I will see you later to my Mother. I am grateful that I took the time to do this after caring for her needs over these years after Dad's passing. I am honored to be her Son. I am honored to have had the opportunity to be of service to Mom, to Dad, and to others whose families wouldn't give them the time of day when all they wanted was someone to speak with, to share a story with, to be heard. I am blessed, and I thank GOD for this opportunity to share my thoughts, my words with each of you, especially those who may be embarking down a similar path with their loved ones. You are NOT alone. You ARE LOVED, and you have SUPPORT when you need it. Don't hesitate to reach out and ask for time, or for me to listen. I am here for you.

This is a long road to reach the goal of this campaign. I wish someone like Seth Rogen, or Ellen DeGeneres, or another celebrity who perhaps has had a friend or relative afflicted with this disease to perhaps help, this campaign could end within an hour of them sharing and asking their followers to chip in. Even small donations help. Once this is reached, I can then wind all of Mom's affairs up, and begin a grieving process that I have been waiting to start since Dad passed away in May of 2013.

The reason I mention SalesGenie is that over the past 3 months I have received between 15-20 calls each day of the week at all hours of the day and night from people using the SalesGenie product.

They're calling the Lake Forest Chamber of Commerce in Lake Forest, California but yet somehow they are getting my cellphone which is in the 480 area code of Scottsdale Arizona.

Now if this was 1-2 calls per year, that would be one thing, but...it's not. It's 15-20 calls per day and as early as 3am in the morning.

My Mother died at 3:24AM on the 17th of February 2015. The day before I'd received a call at 3am in the morning from someone asking if they'd reached the Lake Forest Chamber of Commerce. When I asked how they got my number they told me they were using this product called SALESGENIE and they had my number listed as the Lake Forest Chamber.

My number is registered with the National DO NOT CALL center so that I don't receive calls that are not solicited, but it appears someone out there at a particular company does not read that list.

If you're a victim of this type of abuse of your time, make sure you reach out to contact the Federal Trade Commission and file a complaint with them as I have. It's not legal to publish someone's number as these people have and it should be something that allows them to make retribution for.

Personally, I think they should pay the entire fundraising for my Mother's Funeral Expenses, PLUS some additional compensation for my lost sleep every night when people call me, but I think that will never happen as most of these companies never get penalized. I will say this, if they've gotten my number in there and it's directing people incorrectly, they've most probably gotten other numbers in there incorrectly and my best recommendation would be to NOT use their product and to use one of the other ones out there that has the right numbers in place.
