When President Trump was elected, he was elected on REPEAL & REPLACE OBAMACARE and other things. The CONGRESS has been screwing with this President's plans since before his inaugural address.

REPEAL OBAMACARE! Replace it with what? Another plan by the government that has all sorts of hiccups in it that does nothing to serve the American public? NO!!!! GET OUT OF HEALTHCARE!!!
REPLACE IT WITH PRIVATIZATION!!!
There are companies out there wanting to be in the healthcare business and to provide services to the public but they've been stifled by ObamaCare and the regulations under it.
There are some things that need to be done when allowing privatization to thrive. The public must be served. So in order to have things be fair there have to be some guidelines that are required for companies that wish to be in the healthcare business.
PRE-EXISTING CONDITIONS MUST BE COVERED. PERIOD.
TRANSGENDER/SEXUAL REASSIGNMENT is NOT A PREEXISTING CONDITION. It's a MENTAL ISSUE. Solve it on your own budget.
**VETERANS MUST BE COVERED 100% for ALL MEDICAL/DENTAL/VISUAL/AUDITORY issues. ANY Service member who is honorably discharged upon presentation of DD214 which states that, covered for LIFE. NOTHING DENIED. PERIOD. They've earned it, no more denials or having to deal with the VA for care.
LONG-TERM-CARE for Alzheimer's, Dementia, Cancer MUST BE PROVIDED without question or limits.
Companies providing these services MUST employ people of integrity that don't steal from or abuse the elderly. If they do, your company will be fined, and shutdown and forbidden to ever work in the healthcare industry. All employees will be blacklisted and publicly known.
Now, for those companies that wish to take part on the stream of revenue possible from the healthcare industry, you must adhere to the list of requirements provided. If you don't you will be forbidden to do anything in the healthcare business for a period of 5 years.
If your company breaks that ban and does business, all of your employees and officers will be arrested and fined and your company shutdown.
The new marketplace will allow for competition across state lines and the best companies will win business from clients they've never had before and the industry will soar to levels never achieved under ObamaCare.
Now the biggest caveat to everything:
HEALTHCARE COVERAGE IS FOR AMERICAN CITIZENS and LEGAL RESIDENTS ONLY. Any company providing healthcare services to illegal aliens will be fined and closed down for 5 years and then put on 5 year probation when they are allowed to reopen.
NONE of the public will be fined for NOT getting healthcare. No more of that crap. This is just a starting point and open for discussion, but once these regulations are established, the government will be out of healthcare with the exception of oversight of adherence to regulations.
Healthcare is not rocket science. It's healthcare!!! It's important and it doesn't take a bunch of overpaid people in DC to figure it out!
